If you've never heard of 'Theological Systems Analysis', you're not alone! It's a phrase we created to capture a vital aspect of healthy church culture(s). Just as a systems analyst examines a business as a network of interrelations, TSA promotes self-reflection on the interrelatedness of theological doctrines, how that theology and practice impact each other, articulating the unforeseen consequences of change, and - most importantly - how to move forward to a healthier 'system' (synthesis).
